Rick invented the morning radio show in Memphis on WMPS in the 70s.

Rick had the #1 Hit Record in the nation "Disco Duck" and WMPS would not let him play it on his show! He was later fired from the station for playing the song. (double click the arrow)

Hi,
I am Miss Hot Spotter featured on clip #1 and my dad was Bud Leonard, news director, featured on clip #8. I was the hot spotter for the summer of '76.
This has been a blast reliving this time of my life. I am currently living in Arlington, TN.
